Lithium base extreme pressure greases with high load carrying ability, high water resistance, high oxidation & thermal stability. These greases have antirust properties and can absorb shock loads and prevents metal to metal contact. Meets the requirements of IS: 7623-93 and IPSS: 1-09-005. Recommended in heavy industries greasing requirements for heavy equipment in steel plants, earth moving equipment, gear couplings, gear boxes, mining equipment. These greases are widely used in centralised grease stations in steel industry.

Non-soap clay base grease, has homogeneous and smooth structure. It contains Molybdenum Disulphide in very low micron size and is in finely dispersed form. This grease is highly water resistant, can withstand high temperature up to 250°C and can take shock loads. It is not affected by mild acids and alkalies. Meets the requirements of IS: 12790-89 and IPSS: 1-09-008. Recommended for high temperature (120-250°C) applications in plain & roller bearings in heavy industries, automobiles, earthmoving equipments, bearings of trolleys working inside furnaces.

High quality lithium complex soap base grease, produced from high viscosity, high viscosity index base lub oil. It is fortified with anti rust, antiwear and antioxidant additives. It has extreme pressure properties and passes Timken OK load requirements of EP type greases. Meets requirements of IPSS: 1-09-020. Recommended for the centralised grease stations of steel plants in severe duty application areas like slabbing & billet mills, hot strip mills, cold rolling mills, blast furnaces where high temperature, water ingress and severe shock and load conditions are encountered.

Calcium base grease with graphite as filler made in low VI lub base oils. Meets the requirements of IS: 508-93. Recommended for use as lubricants for slow speed friction parts like open gears, chains, rams, geared pushers in ovens, elevators, ropes, where high load conditions exist.

It is a specially formulated high temperature, tacky grease developed for application in Sponge iron rotary kilns end sealing. This grease is also suitable for medium loaded antifriction bearings working in hot zone, and where water washout is a problem. Supratech WR2 can be a lubrication problem solver in those areas where normal lithium base grease fails.

This is a third generation, super quality grease specially formulated for very high load bearing, very high water / emulsion resistant, with high tackiness properties with heavy anti-wear and antirust properties. This grease is specially suitable for Hot Rolling / Cold Rolling Mill heavy duty higher diameter antifriction bearings of the work rolls. This grease will perform satisfactorily in extreme lubrication requirement conditions of bearings.

These greases are third generation, long life greases with high EP agent for lubrication of gears and bearings. The "00" and "0" consistency greases are most suitable for lubrication of gear boxes which are leaky, and where normal gear oil is not sufficient to check the wearout and pitting of gear teeth. The consistency "1" and "2" are suitable for application requiring `resistance to severe wearout' and longer life. Consistency "3" is suitable for electrical motor bearings where frequent refilling is to be avoided or is not practically possible.

This is a specially developed Lithium base grease for application in steel plant sintering machine hydraulic sealing application where high temperature clubbed with tackiness properties are the main requirement to stop hot air leakage between pallets and the rubbing surface. This grease meets IPSS 1-09-005
